She doesn’t stop working hard to see you over the finish line and beyond. In our case, she found the perfect buyer in UNDER 30 days and DURING the Christmas holiday time. Escrow actually closed in TWO weeks. The whole process from official listing date to $$ in our bank account was only 38 days! This is equivalent to a grand slam.
